Dr. Victoria Lynskey has been a Premier Provider for the Invisalign System since 2004, and is the course director for the Invisalign cirriculum at the University of California, San Francisco. As Associate Clinical Professor, Dr. Lynskey specializes in challenging Invisalign cases other orthodontrists may not treat.
Our conveniently-located Santa Rosa practice utilizes Invisalign®-- a technologically advanced and proven method of straightening teeth without the use of traditional braces. The Invisalign® procedure consists of sets of custom designed aligners prescribed by Dr. Lynskey that sequentially move teeth into a more desirable position.
Typically, ten to thirty Invisalign® aligners are crafted for each patient. Each aligner in the series is worn continuously and removed only when the patient eats, drinks, and brushes and flosses. After approximately two weeks, teeth move gradually into position for the next Invisalign® aligner. Patients typically visit our office once every eight weeks to ensure that the Invisalign® process is advancing as predicted. The entire Invisalign® procedure takes approximately nine to fifteen months. 3-D computer imaging technology allows Dr. Lynskey to customize each Invisalign® aligner in the series to the individual patient. The Invisalign® aligners are clear, comfortable, and virtually invisible when worn. Because the Invisalign® procedure is mapped out on a computer, patients at our practice can see the anticipated results before Invisalign® treatment even begins!
If you want straight teeth without the embarrassment or inconvenience of traditional braces, explore the Invisalign® option with Sonoma, Lake and Mendocino County’s leading Invisalign expert, Dr. Victoria Lynskey.
This case shows a significant amount of crowding in the upper and lower teeth, as well as a deep over bite.

Notice the improved deep bite, as well as alignment of the upper and lower teeth. This patient required the removal of a lower front tooth to improve the alignment and reduce his risk for future periodontal disease.

This patient presented with significant upper crowding, as well as a significant bite issue, called a Class II malocclusion. This type of malocclusion occurs when the upper jaw is positioned in front of the lower jaw. Notice the ideal alignment of the lower teeth.

This patient was treated with Upper Invisalign ONLY and had 2 upper premolar teeth removed to correct the Class II malocclusion. What's more interesting is the patient lived 2 hours north of our office and only required 9 visits to our office throughout his treatment.

This patient was one of Dr Lynskey's Invisalign Teen "test cases". What that means is that when Invisalign wanted to launch their Teen Invisalign product, they contacted only 100 experienced providers worldwide to test the product prior to making it available to all orthodontists. Dr Lynskey was selected and she immediatly chose this 13 year-old girl to try Invisalign Teen. Notice the minimal crowding in the lower, spacing in the upper and the deep bite.

This young lady was treated in less than 6 months with Invisalign Teen!

This patient presented with a crossbite in both the front and the back teeth

Notice the corrected crossbites, in only 13 months!
